TN Livin' was forged out of an abundant need for short-term real estate rentals, vacation rentals, & corporate housing needs in the East Tennessee area. We pride ourselves on offering affordable options of excellent quality! Our properties are great for family vacations, corporate housing needs, short getaways, and a simple change of pace.

More recently, we've expanded into a brokerage oferring Mid-Term Rentals and Long-Term Rentals, all in an effort to meet our clients' evolving needs. We've also opened the consulting side of the busienss, teaching others how to excel in the rental market.
